For every major product release I would create a short teaser video to inform our customers and get them excited. Our team would then pair the video with a detailed support document and notify our customers of the new release via email or Intercom.
Advocacy? Warm leads? What does all of this mean? I created educational videos like this to answer these questions and cover concepts of the Flip.to platform. These videos were used by account management to educate new customers and by sales to get prospects over hurdles.
